The Process we follow when we help you with Online Marketing

To understand the process we follow when working with your business, you have to understand ‘n little more about Online Marketing Solutions:

• We are a small company working with a small group of customers – both because it is part of our business plan and because we want to deliver results. Not just websites.
• We have a slow process – gradually building the web presence that will help your business for years to come. And constantly working on it to keep it up to date and in the mind of Google.
• We build the website (everything and all costs included). You then lease it on a monthly basis from us. This model actually means that you hire us for a small part of our working time to do internet marketing for your business. We worry about the marketing of your business. And you stick to the work you do best, i.e. running your business.

The process we follow looks (more or less) like this:

1. In some way or other we start a conversation about the online marketing of your business and you ask if we can help.
2. We have one or more (usually  longer and focused) conversation about your business and the challenges you face with regard to marketing your business on the internet.
3. We do our research to see whether we can really help. If not, we will tell you and refer you to someone else who might be able to help.
4. When we do decide to get involved in marketing your business, we wil start by finalizing the contract (a contract for an initial 12 months period and thereafter on 1 month’s notice) and having you complete the customer information form.
5. In our next step we gather information about your business (and similar businesses) to make sure we understand your business. We also start collecting information, pictures, etc. to use in the design of your website.
6. We design your main website and write the content while taking into account the different aspects we explained on the other pages of this website. We have to do a good job to keep you leasing the site from us, remember.
7. We acquire the domain name, create a hosting account and upload the website to our web hosting provider’s site.
8. Then we consciously, planned and slowly begin to make changes on the website (telling Google about it everytime) and erecting  signs on the internet to guide Google to your website. Making it look like a natrural process always impresses Google. Our goal is to create a solid and effective web presence over a period of 1 2months.
9. We continually check the effectiveness of the website (using Google Search Console and about 20 other software tools) and make changes as needed (eg when Google change their algorythm).
10. During this time you can request smaller changes on the website (eg incorrect information, change of address, etc.). Larger changes will come at an extra cost.
11. During this time we will also give you guidance on how you can market your business more effectively – even if our guidance implies that you may need to make use of someone else with the expertise we do not have.
12. And if you are not happy with our services…. or we are not happy with the way you treat us…. either can give a month’s notice to stop the agreement. And nobody needs to be angry about it because that was our agreement right from the start.
